Course Description and Rationale
This course is the third and forth in a series of four courses in which students will learn Spanish language skills. In this class students will build upon the lessons of the previous class. Students will speak write and make presentations in the present and past tenses of Spanish. Students will be expected to increase the frequency and comfort with which they use Spanish. Topics will include communication strategies for workplace settings including the use of declarative statements, and increased cultural understanding. Students will create a portfolio of their work. Assessment will be based on observations, portfolios and in some cases, tests.
