Caprese Salad spears & Balsamic Olive Oil Dip

150 Batch Size
150 Portion per Batch
Unit Ingredients
150 each Cherry tomatoes
150 each 1oz sized balls of mozzarella
150 each fresh basil leaves
150 each  5″ Bamboo skewers
1 pint Olive Oil
1 pint Balsamic Vinegar
to taste Salt
to taste Cracked Black Pepper

Skewer  one spear, with tomato, basil leaf, and mozzarella.


Mix equal  parts Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar into dip containers for the passing tray and season with salt and pepper to taste.
