Citrus Vinaigrette

1 QT Batch Size
32 Portion per Batch

Unit Ingredients
1 ea Lime, Juice and Zest
1 ea Lemon, Juice and Zest
1 ea Orange, Juice and Zest
1 ea Shallot, minced
1 TBSP Honey
to taste Salt
1 Cup White Wine Vinager
3 Cups Canola Oil

Combine all ingredients in blender, blend on high. Shake well before service
