25oz Batch Size
100 Portion per Batch
Unit Ingredients
25 oz Baguette
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1/8 oz Black Pepper
 1/8 oz Salt

Cut baguette into 1/6 inch slices (about 45-50 slices per baguette)

toss in bowl with oil salt and pepper. arrange on sheet tray and cook @ 350 until golden brown. (about 7 min)
