Grilled Asparagus

16 oz Batch Size
4 Portion per Batch
Unit Ingredients
16 oz Asparagus
2 oz Oil
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper

Coat asparagus  in oil, toss in salt and pepper. Lay flat on sheet trays and cook under salamander. (broiler)
