Brussel Sprouts

48 oz Batch Size
48 Portion per Batch
Unit Ingredients
48 oz Brussel Sprouts
6 oz garlic
12 oz Shallot
6 oz butter

Mince shallots and garlic.

Add butter to Sauté pan and sweat garlic and shallots until tender.

Add Brussels Sprouts and Sauté until browned. Season and serve
