Red Wine Demi

32 Portion per Batch

Unit Ingredients
32 fl.oz Red wine
16 fl.oz demi
 1/4 oz Bay leaf
 1/3 oz Thyme
1 oz Parsley stems

Place red wine and herbs in a pot and reduce by half. Remove herbs and add in demi and cook until it coats the back of a spoon
