Kimchi Paste Kimchi Yangnyum

 

Ingredients:

1 cup                           Korean course red pepper flakes

½ cup                           Water

4T                                Garlic paste

2t                                 Ginger, minced

1t                                 Kosher/sea salt

2T                                Sugar

2T                                Oyster sauce

5T                                Fish sauce

 

Procedure:

  1. Mix ingredients together to form a smooth paste
