Seasoned Bean Sprouts Kong Namul


¾ #                              Soy or mung bean sprouts

½ cup                           Water

4T                                Scallion, minced

1T                                Sesame seeds, toasted and crushed

1T                                Dark sesame oil

Tt                                 Salt

Tt                                 Rice vinegar


  1. Combine water salt and sprouts in the wok and cover and steam until tender (2 minutes for mung 4 minutes for soy)
  2. Mix sprouts with remaining ingredients
  3. Adjust seasoning
