Seasoned Bean Sprouts Kong Namul

Ingredients:

¾ #                              Soy or mung bean sprouts

½ cup                           Water

4T                                Scallion, minced

1T                                Sesame seeds, toasted and crushed

1T                                Dark sesame oil

Tt                                 Salt

Tt                                 Rice vinegar

Procedure:

  1. Combine water salt and sprouts in the wok and cover and steam until tender (2 minutes for mung 4 minutes for soy)
  2. Mix sprouts with remaining ingredients
  3. Adjust seasoning
