Seasoned Spinach Sigeumchi Namul

Ingredients:

1#                                Spinach

2T                                Sesame seeds, toasted and ground

2T                                Dark sesame oil

Tt                                 Rice vinegar

Tt                                 Korean red pepper paste

Tt                                 Salt

Procedure:

  1. Blanche and shock spinach
  2. Squeeze out excess water
  3. Combine with remaining ingredients
  4. Adjust seasoning
