Soy Scallion Dipping Sauce Yangnyum Ganjang


¼ cup                           Soy

2T                                Rice Vinegar

1T                                Honey

2T                                Water

2T                                Dark Sesame Oil

2t                                 Korean red pepper flakes, coarse

2T                                Sesame seeds, toasted and crushed

¼ cup                           Scallion, chopped fine



  1. Whisk together the first 5 ingredients
  2. Place in an appropriate size presentation bowl

Top with pepper, crushed, sesame seeds and scallions
