White Rice Hin Bap

 

Ingredients:

2cups                           Short grain rice

2cups                           Water

Pinch                           Salt

Procedure:

  1. Place rice in a bowl and cover with water
  2. Mix and strain
  3. Do this until the rice water runs clear (3 times)
  4. Place the 2 cups of water and rice and a pinch of salt only into the rice cooker
  5. Monitor and cook until done
  6. Fluff/mix and keep warm
