Coriander Chutney


¼ cup                          Fresh Lemon Juice

¼ cup                          Water

¼ pound                      Coriander Leaves, coarsely chopped

¼ cup                          Coconut, finely chopped

¼ cup                          Onions, finely chopped

2 tablespoon                Ginger finely chopped

2 teaspoon                   Green Chili, finely chopped

1 teaspoon                   Sugar

1 teaspoon                   Salt and Pepper


  1. Combine the lemon juice, water, and 1/2c of the coriander in a blender and puree.
  2. Add another 1/2c of the coriander and blend again.  Repeat until all of it is blended.
  3. Add the coconut, onions, ginger, chili, sugar, salt, and pepper and blend again until completely smooth.
  4. Adjust seasonings.
