Mirin Vinaigrette


2T                    Light soy

4oz                  Rice vinegar

2oz                  Mirin

1T                    Sesame oil

tt                      Chili paste

1T                    Pickled ginger, julienne




  1. In a ss bowl toss all but the hijiki and sesame seeds together
  2. Whisk together vinaigrette ingredients
  3. Toss salad ingredients with appropriate amount of dressing
  4. Check for seasoning and present in a bowl or platter
  5. Garnish with hijiki and sesame seeds
